Chicken, Rice and Bread do the trick

Dozens of bananas failed to do the trick but an Indian thief has finally produced a gold necklace he had snatched and then swallowed after police fed him a hearty meal of chicken, rice and local bread.

Sheikh Mohsin, 35, grabbed the 45,000-rupee (546 pound) necklace from a woman in the eastern city of Kolkata on Friday and popped it into his mouth when cornered by police.

Officers then fed him 40 bananas over a few hours believing they would act as a purgative, and sat back and waited for results.

Mohsin passed an uncomfortable night in jail, but not the piece of jewellery.

Police said on Sunday he was then given more substantial fare.

"Now he wants to go free and doesn't want to even hear about bananas any more," senior officer Gyanwant Singh told Reuters.

A tired and rueful Mohsin was, however, staring at 3 years in jail if convicted, Singh added.

"Bananas were good enough for another thief who had swallowed an ornament a few months ago, but Mohsin was definitely a tough cookie," said one clearly impressed police constable. (http://uk.yahoo.com/)

I wonder how happy would the woman be to wear the necklace again, thinking what its gone thru.

The exception is a man in the bottom left corner, who stood still getting his boots polished long enough to show up in the picture.

We have come a long way since then ,from exposure time of over 10 minutes to 1/8000 of a second.I sometimes imagin how it would be for us to wait for 10 seconds to take a photo.
Sure there is more to come come in the near future,no one knows what the future holds.

Lean or healthy

Not sure what to do,When i was lean everyone used to say i am lean and thin and stuff.Now that I have have put on weight and become healthy they say i have grown fat.When I last checked my weight is correct according to my height and age.
So not sure what to do.

Trip to sangam again (after 3 years)

Went to Sangam after 3 years, you can see the photos of the previous trip aswell.
Last time we went in a nice bus, din't have a bike then.This time I have a nice bike.But I din't take it I went on friends Bike.
We were 7 of us.
Though not much water,it was good since my friends din't know swiming.The water was knee deep,in that water i had to save my friends from drowning.

Oh I am so bored.

Mortal combat again.

Today Anup proudly said he installed mortal combat 4 ,and wanted to beat me .
But he would not have thought in his wildest dream that he won't win a single game.
I must say he tried his best ,but that wasn't good enough.
Devastated by the lose he gave up ,though he tried to give many excusses but none matterd

Any way I won't be in town for 10 days ,so he seems to have ample time to to practice hard and come up to my level.

Two friends

After long time I found 2 good friends at ML ,Thanuja and Bhargav.I share a good frequency with them.Atleast they under stand what i speak.
Both of them are crazy ,brainless people.All they know it bunking huddels and chit chating.
I'll explain how they are,

Bhargav---> He wanted off so,he deviced a plan.One day he said his mom that he would go upstairs to get the cloths.Then tried to come down hoping on one leg ,then lifted that leg also and he fell down,he was very happy that he broke his hand and would get a week off from his office .Then he went to the doctor to get a medical certificate .But the doctor said that its just a fracture.
Bhargav was heart broken,he came to office and had to do floor walk all day.This made him more angry and determined .Next day he took an off,he told his mom that he wanted the to get the cloths today aswell,he went up determined than ever before.he poped a banana in his mouth threw the peel in front of and sliped on it.within 5 seconds he was moaning with pain as his hand had swolen up ,the pain was unbareble.But Bhargav happy within ,thinking that no one can stop him from getting a leave.
He went to the doctor confidently,but as soon as doctor saw his hand he said its only a severe sprain and n ot a fracture.This devastated Bhargav ,he had no strenght left in for a third try.
He resinged to his fate and came to office with a big bandage on his hand.

Moral of the story:Nothing happen before it suppose to happen.

Thanuja--> She has a big, nasty ,dangerous german shepard dog ,She is adament that its still a puppy !
I haven't seen how big or strong her guy is,hence i am not writing about her now
I am going to kolkata ,will write from there.

I am goin to kolkata for 10 days ,everyone there warning me that it would be cold there.
But i know as usal when i go there it wouldn't be cold and half of my baggag would warm cloths and blankets,which i have to carry back again .
But nerver the less the train journey should be really good,i ve always loved traveling by train.
should have become an engin driver !

Swollen Wrist

Its been long time that i have made a post,but then i din't have any thing to rit about.
Last moday I sprained my wrist while playing ,ie playing computer game.
Me and Anoop played Mortal Combat from 6 in the evening to 12 midnight.
when i woke up in th morning, I had a swolen wrist.
Gone are the days when u get a swollen wrist and ankels by football and cricket.

Not sure y did they creat such a fuss about the nationl song, come on its been like this for over 50 years. No one had any problem with and now suddenly every ones taking about it.
All the polotical parties are pitching in ,looks like they have run out of topics.
Personly i like this song its got a great patriotic feel to it.
Its very rare to see our politicians talk about any issue with so much passion.
The only thing that they know to says every day ,is that v r proud to be indians.

Y because v have the largest number of people living under poverty,
Y becase v have the 2nd largest number of people affected by AIDS.
Becase v have some of the biggest slum of asia .
Becasue we lead the list of most corrupte nation.
