The first Indian to win the Miss World title was Reita Faria.Dr.Reita Faria Powell born in Mumbai was the first Indian female to win the Miss World title in 1966.But she din't persue a career in modeling of films instead she concentrated on medical studies.She now lives in Ireland and is a grandmom of five.
